Ford/Lincoln Dealership in Oxnard is looking for professional and dynamic salespeople for an opportunity to sell some of the most exciting products in the country.

Essential functions of the job include: Excellent sales skills, professional and courteous, excellent driving skills, dependable attendance and punctuality, ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, ability to accept constructive criticism, ability to get along with co-workers, ability to work long hours and handle demands of sales environment, meet physical demands of position (including walking the lot, showing vehicles to customers and providing test drives).
- Valid California drivers license
- Insurable by Dealership (including but not limited to: No DWI convictions within the past 3 years; No more than 3 moving violation and/or fault accident in the last 3 years)
- At least 5 years driving experience (either on the job or off the job) is preferred
- Some sales experience in any retail industry is preferred (does not need to be auto sales)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
